"Fit for Life"
Exercise Class
A dedicated fitness class designed specifically for seniors to build and maintain strength, balance, and mobility. This guided session is taught by a retired physical therapist and focuses on intentional stretching, balance work, and body awareness activities in a supportive, pressure-free environment.
When:
Fridays at 9:00 a.m.
Where:
In our Chapel at Hamilton Park UCC.
Cost:
$5.00 per session
(paid directly to the instructor).
What to Bring:
Please dress comfortably and bring an exercise mat and optional light hand weights if you have them.

We love a change of scenery, so this group explores a variety of beautiful local sites and trails together.
